The first thing I would like to say to you today, especially Vane and Charlie, thank you very much. And my thanks perhaps fall short to convey the wonderful experience that for me, as their Wedding Planner, was to accompany them in this stage of their lives, a stage that was postponed for reasons that everyone knows very well and that changed the world. .
Once the date of the big day had been defined, after being postponed for more than a year, I was filled with great emotion when I sensed that our wedding day would finally arrive.
Vane and Charlie are, moreover, a very young couple, fresh, authentic and jovial, and that was precisely the concept with which we designed a wedding, culturally diverse thanks to all the guests who came from abroad, and totally intimate because the guests They were few but close to the boyfriends of a lifetime. Each relative and each friend occupied an essential position not only in the marriage but also in the life of the newlyweds.
As for the decorations, Vane wanted something classic and understated for the ceremony. A street of honor in white and green flowers marked the way to the altar, for which we used a structure with gold vinyl and a ceiling of flowers. When talking about the reception, the key word was spring: Vane dreamed of centerpieces that simulate small trees and a floral composition of spring tones in white, blue, rosewood, green and coral.
One of the most special and significant moments of the wedding came to an end with a show that Vane and Charlie chose so that their foreign guests could enjoy the dance and music that represent part of our Colombian culture. A small carnival in Barranquilla with troupes and typical costumes closed this unforgettable night.
