One of the main doubts that all the bride and groom have at their wedding is related to the bridal court, especially because they do not know what they should and should not do and what position to adopt. For this reason and in order to clarify all doubts, today I want to write to you about how the bridal court should be organized.
Father of the Bride: Walks the bride down the aisle and hands her over to her fiancé. (If the father of the bride could not be present, the best man may act as the person who delivers the bride).
Mother of the bride: Accompanies her daughter, sometimes in the wedding march (if she wishes) or as another spectator of this wonderful moment; always among the first places at the altar.
Father of the groom: He has a reserved place in the first rows.
Mother of the groom: She will be the one to accompany her son to the altar while they wait for the bride.
Godfather: They are the witnesses of the ceremony and the civil union. They are usually very close friends or relatives.
Bridesmaids: If there are no little pages, one of the ladies is in charge of carrying the rings, the bouquet, etc. They accompany the bride in the wedding march to the altar.
Little pages: Generally they carry the rings, the pledges and the notices in the wedding march.
